Core Responsibilities :
This is a leadership sales role. Enterprise team would be handling the 200+ largest clients .
Each EAM would be responsible for a dedicated set of enterprise clients
Each EAM, as a leader in enterprise team, would be expected to develop and manage a revenue book of Rs 400 - 500 cr from 10-15 of these large accounts
Given our ability to completely transform our client's supply chain, EAM would need to interact with CXOs at client organization and build effective relationship with them
This role would be mix of hunting (new accounts) and farming (existing accounts), where EAM would be required to offer all the Logistics products to his / her clients
EAM's would have a team supporting them for day-to-day operation management at each client which could be spread across the country at various client locations
On account of being closest to clients / market, EAMs would be expected to conceptualize, design and lead the development of new products
Qualifications :
Education :
Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS)

Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
Min 70% marks through out
Years of experience : 4 - 8
Professional attributes :
Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
Prior B2B sales experience would be helpful
CXO / Senior Management level engagement
Leadership skills
Personal attributes :

The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
