Core Responsibilities :
- This is a leadership sales role. Enterprise team would be handling the 200+ largest clients
- Each EAM would be responsible for a dedicated set of enterprise clients
- Each EAM, as a leader in enterprise team, would be expected to develop and manage a revenue book of Rs 400 - 500 cr from 10-15 of these large accounts
- Given our ability to completely transform our client's supply chain, EAM would need to interact with CXOs at client organization and build effective relationship with them
- This role would be mix of hunting (new accounts) and farming (existing accounts), where EAM would be required to offer all the Logistics products to his / her clients
- EAM's would have a team supporting them for day-to-day operation management at each client which could be spread across the country at various client locations
- On account of being closest to clients / market, EAMs would be expected to conceptualize, design and lead the development of new products
Professional attributes :
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
- Prior B2B sales experience would be helpful
- CXO / Senior Management level engagement
- Leadership skills
