Enterprise Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present customized solutions that address client challenges and drive business value.
- Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of solutions according to client needs and timelines.
- Implement effective account management strategies to foster loyalty, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and achieve account expansion.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide valuable market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical support) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, preferably within IT industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of data, voice, and fixed-line solutions and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
