Job Summary:
- We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive the sales of IceWarp's collaboration solutions to our most strategic and complex enterprise clients.
- The EAM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role requires a proven track record of selling complex software solutions to large enterprises and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 15 qualified large Enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of IceWarp products and services.
- Identify opportunities to expand the use of IceWarp solutions within existing accounts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at executive levels, including CIOs, Managing Directors, and other C-level executives.
- Conduct high-level presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of IceWarp solutions.
- Strong customer interaction at the Sr. Management level with support on forming a relationship with C level contacts within these accounts.
- Build up strategic contacts at CIO, managing director and executive level
- Carry a revenue quota and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Identify, develop, execute, and maintain account strategies to drive adoption of IceWarp product and services revenue within assigned enterprise accounts who are key, strategic and may have complex requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Presales, Support, Marketing, and Management, to ensure customer success.
- Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to sales management.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with internal Presales, support, Marketing & Management team to access and leverage from appropriate internal resources.
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasts in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in solutions sales, with a minimum of 3 years in establishing strategic executive-level relationships with Global 1000 enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close large, complex deals.
- Demonstrated track record of establishing strategic executive-level relationships to position and sell software and - services to listed companies.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including critical questioning, active listening, analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, and presentation.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for IT solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
