Enterprise Account Manager/Cluster Sales Manager - Rivigo
Key Responsibilities:
This is a leadership business development role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in a dedicated territory.
1. End to end ownership of building and nurturing the clients for the territory
- New business development: Acquire corporate clients spread across multiple industry verticals
- Retention of existing business
Manage a portfolio of 30+ corporate clients and build effective client relationship
Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction
Growing business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions
2. Maintain quality of business (yield)
3. Maintaining credit days and on time collections
Qualifications:
Education:
- Tier 1 MBA college
- Undergraduate from Tier1 engineering college
Years of experience: 3-6 Years
Personal attributes:
- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design solutions for them.
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
