This role will focus on growing sales opportunities for the organization. He/she will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring a superior customer experience, resulting in cross-selling and up-selling of company products. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work under dynamic conditions and foster relationships with a diverse customer group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

- Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets in the assigned regions by providing client servicing.

- Building and developing key account plans

- Understand business strategies and plans of our customer.

- Identify opportunities for cross sell and up sell.

- Manage renewals of annual contracts

- Grow the overall business with existing clients.

- Sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.

- Other related duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with 8 to 15 years of experience preferably in Banking Software/Solution Sales, Client Servicing, / Retention.

- Possess Functional and Technical knowledge of P&C Core Solutions

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in regional language and English

- Have a consultative sale approach.

- Good presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.

- Self-Driven and motivated

- Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time.

- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and working with a team.
