Enteprise Account Director - India - Tech SaaS
About the Client: Our client is one of the world's leading players in the Education-Technology space having SaaS-based solutions. In their Enterprise business, they have partnered with large strategic accounts - Fortune-500 companies & Governments to target curated skill development for their employees.
Role :
- The role is to manage the accounts in India to build new business and solution selling to large clients in IT, BFSI, Telecom, Professional Services etc. product offering of the company.
- The candidate would own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors.
The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for :
- Owning a portfolio of strategic accounts to the size of $1M across India
- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
About the Candidate :
The candidate would report to the Sales Head and should have/be :
- 10-15 years of experience in account management, sales
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
