Entercoms - Product Manager - Customer Solutions

Position: Product Manager_Customer Solutions

Location : Pune, India

Summary :

- Responsible for the overall technical content of an Entercoms business solution. Organizes work content, runs meetings and manages work backlog within Entercoms- Agile PM framework to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Works with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.

- Must be able to converse with customer representatives on the subject of requirements, product content, and overall solution design.

- Ensure solution designs are consistent with Entercoms product and go-to-market strategies for Service/Supply chain analytical products.

- Takes direction from, and coordinates with, Operations lead as part of a solution delivery management structure.

Experience/Skills :

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Excellent organizational skills

- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, database structure and terminology

- Customer facing presentation preparation (MS PowerPoint, PM applications or similar)

- Strategic thinking and pragmatic and business-oriented approach to problem solving

- Ability to convey complex/technical subject matter and ideas in a manner which can be understood by non-technical individuals.

- Exposure to service delivery operations and technical support processes a plus (remote support, on-site support, parts logistics linkage)

Education :

- Bachelor degree in an analytical stream, such as computer science, statistics, engineering, industrial engineering, management science, finance, accounting and operations research required. Masters degree a plus.

- 2 - 4 yrs experience working on Service operations / Supply chain or analytics projects.

- Product development environment in the SW industry is a plus

Desired experience (not required) :

- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA are a plus.

- Exposure to UX/UI design concepts

- Computer programming skills to prototype solutions, simulation models, etc.

- Knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data mining
