Business and Strategic Partnering:
- Understand business priorities, annual operating plan and long term strategic plan; develop HR solutions to contribute to the success of the business objectives. Accountable and responsible for HR cost rationalization and measurement of all HR programs and processes.
Organization Development:
- Alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management, Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning, Competency Mapping, Skill Matrix, Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation, to understand the factors related to attrition and to take suitable action for retention of employees.
Talent Acquisition/Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment, selection and induction process for Enrich(which includes Manpower Planning, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, negotiations, approvals, notice buy outs, offer roll out, joining formalities and induction plan).
- Maintain necessary recruitment and selection records, update recruitment MIS on a regular basis (for example, employee profile, appointment letter, personal details as per IMS format).
- Strict adherence to TAT in talent acquisition.
- Systematic employee on boarding and handholding.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate with employees of Corporate, Branch & Site to facilitate timely completion of mid-year/ annual appraisals in the Enrich (which includes communication of appraisal calendar, tracking of adherence, completion of Appraisals forms, and resolution of employee queries).
- Coordinate with both the HOD's & Vertical Heads and Lead HR Enrich Input Business to facilitate creation of KRAs and KPIs for employees in the Zones.
- Goal Setting and KPIs with targets.
- BSC method of PMS.
- Career pathing and planning with focus on key employees.
Training & Development:
- Execute induction and training plan at all the level as per the training calendar and budget (for example, coverage plan as per training calendar, training man-days, evaluation of training effectiveness, adherence to training budgets).
HR Operations:
- Design, Monitor and ensure effective Implementation of HR policies & processes, ensure proper maintenance of Employees Files, Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey and action planning.
- ISO implementation in HR & Audits.
- Proven record of employee exit data analysis and attrition control
- Site visits for employee pulse survey and action plan
Employee Engagement:
- Ensure effective roll out of employee engagement schemes as per Approved Engagement plan, to create a the Business environment by implementing the Rewards and Recognition Program (for example, monetary awards, incentives, team rewards, appreciations, gifts).
- Manage and effectively resolve employee grievances at all level, through appropriate counselling of employees, collaboration with the Department HODs / Managers and escalation to the Management as and when required.
MIS / Dashboards:
- Update trackers for the Group HR activities as per standard templates and provide MIS / Dashboards for the company.
- Provide inputs for preparing MIS and dashboards for various HR processes.
Employee relations:
- Advise employees on policies and processes, grievance management, develop a positive work environment within the organization.
