Position: Manager - COO Office

Job Description:

- Strategy development for the organization including maintaining information of competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, market developments and interacting with internal stakeholders for strategy formulation.

- Providing unbiased view on project construction status. This will include activities such as site visits, participating in vendor discussions, discussions with QHSE teams and other project stakeholders.

- Providing unbiased view on project operations and maintenance.

- Taking ownership of identified improvement initiatives and ensuring delivery of tangible outcomes.

- Interacting with investors on an ongoing basis on business updates.

- MBA from a tier-1 institute.

- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting firm with an exposure to the infrastructure sector or working with the CXO offices of infrastructure companies.

- Experience in renewable energy companies is preferred but not mandatory.

- High EQ team player with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent presentation skills and happy to work in a hardworking ground-braking environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must.

- The candidate should have flexibility to deliver beyond the boundaries of the role.
