Position Summary:.
- As the Marketing Manager, you will be key in creating and executing Enpass's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and keep customers engaged.
- You will lead a team that includes content writers, marketing operations, and external agencies, and work with other departments to make sure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- You'll be responsible for managing campaigns, handling budgets, improving performance and keeping the brand consistent across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Generate leads and ensure they move smoothly through the marketing funnel.
- Create strategies to keep customers engaged and find opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to meet Enpass's goals and growth targets.
- Lead the marketing team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee content, SEO, performance marketing, and external agencies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and trends in password management and cybersecurity.
- Analyse competitors to identify opportunities and help Enpass stand out.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
- Develop communication strategies for both B2B and B2C clients to boost engagement and conversions.
- Manage relationships with external partners like PR agencies, SEO agencies, video creators, and ad agencies to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables for Enpass campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for new product launches or feature updates.
- Develop and manage PR strategies, working with agencies on press releases, media relations, and handling any crisis communication to protect Enpass's reputation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Track spending and measure ROI to make sure marketing efforts are effective.
- Use data and customer insights to improve marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and better target the audience.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Work closely with teams like sales, product, and customer support to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and key messaging is delivered on time.
