Job Description
- Unique opportunity to work with a thought leader in a fast-growing sector
- Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline for selling enParadigm's interventions to CEOs, Head HRs, and Heads of Organization Development of corporations
- Engage with clients, understand their business and sales models, create customized intervention designs and follow up on revenue
- Proactively contact prospects for future business opportunities and future pipeline
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned performance consulting brand
