Role:
- Create and review experiential content as per product requirements - business cases, decision trees, scenarios, etc.
- Research and map learning frameworks, skills, and success behaviors for different industries and roles
- Collaborate with and guide domain experts to bring depth and sharpness to learning products
- Setup simulations and assessments on our proprietary technology platforms, test them on users and validate their effectiveness
- Research and identify features to improve usability and effectiveness of learning products
Key Skills:
- Analytical rigor to write and review experiential content for learning products
- Clear understanding of competencies, behaviors, and challenges relevant to different roles in different industries
- Strong execution focus on ensuring that the products come out on time
- Attention to detail to ensure the products are delivered with high quality
Preferred: MBA backed by 2+ years of experience in consulting, building products, and designing learning solutions/assessments.
