The Role
Enhance IT is looking for a Business Development Manager from a B2B, Enterprise or SAAS background to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team at Lower Parel, Mumbai. We are industry agnostic, however, would prefer sales pros from IT, BFSI or Bench-Sales verticals. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by marketing & deploying IT consultants with Fortune 1000 companies. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a track record of successful inside-sales experience selling into North Americas (NAS) is mandatory.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities and increasing wallet-share for the company in existing accounts. This will include identifying potential clients and building relationships with them, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue. The individual in this role will also be responsible for managing and negotiating rate contracts with clients and vendors, and for staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach monthly goals and carry quarterly quota to reach annual goals as determined by the Sales Director.
- Increasing the wallet-share of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Establishing rapport and develop long-lasting relationships.
- Researching and discovering methods to increase customer engagement.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending virtual conferences, meetings, and other industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Send proposal and marketing materials to potential customers
- Managing and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
- 5 or more years of consultative and solution-based sales experience in a hunter role
- 3 or more years of account management experience
- Advanced English full business proficiency communication (written/spokenStrong communication skills and IT fluency)
- Extraordinarily articulate and comfortable leveraging powers of persuasion on the phone
- Must be comfortable cold calling and a master in the art of listening
- Non-aggressive yet persuasive and results focused
- Problem solving mindset
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and possesses a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with technological trends is a must
- A Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
- B1/B2 Business Visa (Preferable)
