Responsibilities :
- Manage, coach, and support engineering team
- Create a technical strategy and budget proposal -Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
- Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Continuously improve development and testing methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Work closely with other department heads to assess resource needs and allocate manpower effectively.
- Manage and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Drive technical innovation and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, quality assurance, and project management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the team in making informed decisions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study 3+ years' of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and manage resources effectively.
- Strong technical background
