Job Description :
- Architecting and designing the product, performing code reviews
- Develop, motivate, empower, and evaluate the team, and grow their professional, leadership, and technical skills
- Mentor the team and instil the best engineering practices
- Hands-on in the latest technologies, as and when required
Profile :
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science from Top Engineering institutes in the country
- At least 10+ years product development experience working with the leading product organizations
- Experience building products with high scalability (B2C) and availability
- Problem solving mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership experience
