Job Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Job Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for executing the technical and functional requirements of products through the realization of robust designs qualified for mass production.

- Work with an interdisciplinary team to lead execution of product designs from concept level to production including CAD designing, prototyping, validation, testing and certification

- Review integration issues and drives engineering and operations teams for robust closure of issues

- Facilitates high-quality cross-functional design reviews

- Identify opportunities to leverage and/or enhance the engineering team`s capabilities

- Mentor a team of engineers and help to create a world class multi-skilled mechanical team.

- Prepares clear, concise, and accurate technical assessments of project challenges and solution options

Desired Candidate Should Have :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

- Thorough understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts in mechanical engineering

- Requires 6+ years of Technology R&D, 4+ years Engineering Management experience.

- Excellent leadership skills with a lead-by-example and collaborative attitude

- Strong communications skills and familiarity with fast growing companies and industry trends

- Experience working with deep technical teams on projects from inception to production

- Experience working in a dynamic multi-disciplined engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking.

- Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities & strong desire to own/drive project planning and development using well defined metrics
