Engineering Manager - IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interact with Business leaders, Product Managers and Designers to understand the product requirements.

- Own technical designs for the solutions, come up with project plans, manage scrums, do code reviews, will be "responsible" for UAT and code elevations into production.

- Hands-on programming requirement from time to time.

- Manage production bugs and plan for any on-demand fixes.

- While this is not a core people management role, you will be "leading" a team and will be responsible for mentoring them and for their career development.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS :

THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

- 8 to 12 years of frontend development experience.

- Experience executing multiple releases of a Product; ideally in a growing startup.

- Have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically ReactJS.

- Have an eye for design, look for perfection and enjoy ensuring usability of what you build.
