- He will be building and mentoring the entire team (iOS, Android, Web testers, and SEs).

AS OUR NEW SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER, YOU'LL BE :

- Coordinating with various stakeholders that span the breadth of the system and depth.

- Contributing to the technical strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders to influence the product outcome both for long- and short-term goals.

- Making delivery-focused decisions to ensure we meet our commitments.

- Mentoring and inspiring team members that work in various locations and time zones.

- Driving excellence across engineering teams by supporting modern software engineering practices.

- Recruiting and inducting new members of your team.

YOU'LL BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS IF YOU HAVE :

- A previous position involving managing engineers.

- A strong ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and different time zones.

- Excellent interpersonal and language skills to facilitate smooth communication.

- A technical background with hands-on experience as a software engineer.

- Strong skills in prioritization and project management as well as an understanding of business impact for various solutions.

- A flexible, calm, and proactive approach.
