Engineering Manager - Healthcare

We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Engineering Manager with previous experience in architecting complex software products.This opening is with one of our client who are the pioneers in Healthcare domain products.

These offerings are a major growth area for MNI, and the candidate will get an opportunity to participate in building new applications at the forefront of revenue management, a growing software category.

Qualifications:

- BE /B.Tech from preferably from premier Engineering colleges (Masters in Computer Science) is an advantage

- 13+ years experience in application design and development environment with previous software architect role

- Conducting stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions, creating workflows and schematics, as well as delivering information architecture and click-through prototypes

- Existing, in-flight and future projects will be impacted by the role.

- Develop architectural approach to meet key business objectives.

- Develop architectural diagrams to illustrate architectural complexities and interactions.

- Work with business owners, analysts, solution engineers, development teams and infrastructure services to communicate application and data architectures

- Ensure project successfully implements the designed solution following architectural tenets.

- Conduct vendor analysis and proof-of-concepts for new technologies/solutions.

- Help assess the planning for retirement of products and migration plans for the functional evolution of the system infrastructure.

- Be an evangelist and strong communicator of our product's architectural blueprints to mobilize the rest of
the organization to build solutions that fit our customers' needs

- Be responsive and decisive on adjusting our product architecture as customer requirements, market
conditions, and technology evolve

- Partner with others inside and outside the product development organization to gather all requirements to
formulate appropriate architecture required to provide system functionality, deciding when to advocate and when to compromise to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution
