Engineering Manager - Health Domain - Cloud

Job Description:

- 15+ years of experience, at least 3+ years with a single Product company.

- Strong understanding of architecture fundamentals.

- Expertise in a global delivery model.

- Lead Product Engineering teams to translate the product strategy into a working product.

- Understand Build and Deploy over Cloud & Micro-Services Architecture.

- Strong experience with Azure/AWS with solid architecture and design knowledge.

- Strong understanding of technology - .Net/Java, Cloud and DevOps.

- Lead a team of smart engineers by setting clear and effective goals and expectations as a key part of managing performance to drive business outcomes.

- Worked on a single product/portfolio for a minimum period of 2 years.

- Understand the legacy challenges of a product and work on a roadmap.

- Focus on the most difficult and complex problems repeated across the org and construct solutions to meet the complex needs.

- Provide leadership in sprint effort estimation, planning, and tracking.

- Understand metrics way of tracking product development.

- Lead multiple scrum teams, own team delivery to timelines and quality.

- Ability to inspire, mentor and develop a team of smart product engineers, manage aspirations.

- Direct accountability of product teams based out of ODC.

- Collaborate with onshore Engineering/Product managers.

- Team Management (Project/Task Assignment and Tracking, Goals creation and Performance Evaluation).

- Strong analytical ability and demonstrated problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills are must.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Having a start-up mindset would help.

- Goal-oriented, ambitious, extremely self-motivated.

- Must be able to work with a growing organization and adapt to the culture.
