Engineering Manager - Financial Domain - Product Firm

We have an opportunity for Engineering Manager with one of our product based organization for Bangalore location.

Job Description:

The key responsibilities of Engineering Manager in Product Engineering

- Providing the Technical direction to the Engineers (comprising of Software Engineers, Sr. Software Engineers, MTS, SMTS

- Providing the Functional and production direction to the team.

- People management - daily task monitoring, tracking and delivery of key initiatives and projects

- Working with other teams (Tools and Data Engineering, Quality Engineering ) in project delivery

- Managing customer issues and escalations and tracking the Customer SLAs closely

- Defining/evolving and enforcing relevant software development processes for Application Product Engineering team.

- Ensuring that the team complies to the quality standards

- Active communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders

Key Skills:

- Proficient in Hibernate

- Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem solving and Computer Science Fundamentals

- Strong in Design - High Level Design and Low Level Design

- Strong in Generics.

- Experience with RDBMS, data modelling.

- Experience in Financial Domain (Wealth domain)

- Banking and finance domain knowledge(Desirable)
