Position : Engineering Manager

Engineering Managers at Our client need to be technical leaders and motivators who are comfortable leading teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is self motivated and detail oriented with experience working in a fast-pace software development environment.

Candidate Profile :

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

- Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality

- Design and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.

Qualifications :

- 9+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software engineers.

- Bachelor / Masters (IITs, RECs, BITS, Regional reputed engineering colleges etc preferred)

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in back end, front end, Mobile & DB

- Strong Experience in building world class product using latest technologies.

- Good knowledge of Microservices, webservices, Java, nosql

- Experience in Handling team of bright Engineers (Back end, front end & mobile)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
