- We are looking for a hands-on and self-driven Engineering Manager who loves technical challenges.

- He/she will be laying down the foundations for our Neo Banking core engine, and apps in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, high energy environment.

Description :

- Build an engineering team to take on engineering for our Neo Banking middle-tier design and development.

- Contribute to the definition of our Neo Banking architecture strategy and execute on technology and delivery aspects.

- Lead from the front and architect services for identity, integrations, communication and transaction management.

- Ensure efficient and effective communications between your engineering team and our Product Management team and other stakeholders.

- Provide thought leadership to team around new technologies, processes and approaches.

- Go to where the vacuum exist, identify and work at the pain points

- Plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance approach and formulate quality control processes for the solutions designed

- Lead requirements analysis to understand the business requirement and align appropriate capacity to solution.

- Be involved in innovation and research activities to understand and identify the solution requirements aligned to vision and business needs.

- Design, implement and operate end-to-end product experiences. Lead the technical design, code reviews, and delivery of projects, interfacing with product management, design, dev ops and security.

- Collaborate with your engineering peers to reuse code/stack components where applicable and feasible.

- You will work to gain a solid understanding of our user's needs, help define and prioritize new features, and offer constructive critiques of planned features.

Profile :

- 8 to 12 years of software product development experience

- 2+ years of leading an engineering team experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computing related discipline

- Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, Rest APIs, SQL, No-SQL DBs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Strong background in Cloud computing, such as the AWS stack

- Experience with message queuing (e.g. RabbitMQ, SQS) and data streaming (e.g. Kafka)

- Scrum master experience, and/or experience leading agile teams
