Description

- Collaborate with the product, business, and program management team to be on top of your product

- Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, develop project estimates, schedules, test plans, and code reviews

- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers to deliver solutions with highest quality

- Experience of Identifying and communicating strengths and developmental areas for team members in a structured manner

Profile

- 8+ years software development management experience, preferably in delivering B2C products

- 5+ years in leading engineering design, build and deliver complex, successful web services or customer experiences efficiently

- Technical expertise working on Java, micro services, Open source technologies, Cloud systems

- Proven team leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done

- Able to attract, develop, and keep high quality multi-disciplinary teams
