Job Description : Looking to hire a dynamic engineering leader for Series B funded lending fin-tech based out of Delhi. As an engineering leader, responsibilities included looking after the entire technology in addition to being a part of the strategic and leadership teams.

Client Details :

- Our client is a Series B funded Lending fin-tech based out of Delhi/NCR. Started with the aim of fulfilling the working capital needs of Small and Medium size enterprises, till date they have disbursed more the 350 Crores worth of business loans.

- Currently having a customer base of more that 9000 customers across multiple locations in India

Description -

- Responsible for Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, Architecture, Scalability, server-side engineering, UI and all other technological aspects of the product

- Deliver platform technology and create an ecosystem of applications and services across multiple verticals and solution offerings

- Scaling technology infrastructure to support rapid customer /data growth.

- Align to companies vision and long-term goals and execute strategy

- Build, manage and groom a high performing and collaborative team

- Build a culture of engineering excellence in the team through smart hiring and mentoring

- Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and areas to bring higher synergies for achieving goals.

- Set and manage expectations, communicate, and execute goals within time lines

- Be the culture ambassador for technologists, cultivate a culture that Supports productive collaboration and

Profile :

- 10+ years of experience

- Strong hands on experience in development, designing and architecture

- Tech : Python, Angular JS, React JS, Full stack exposure preferred

- Strong digital transformation experience

- Worked with product companies in the past, pref. for Fin-tech/Financial Services

- Experience managing technology teams consisting of BE, FE, Mobile, DevOps, infrastructure engineers

- Been a part of the strategic and leadership team in the past
