Description : 

- Working very closely with the global stakeholders to manage the technology initiatives of the function

- Building ambitious culture within the engineering team and leading a diverse team

- Providing oversight and best practice/tools to the product engineering team

- Adapting Engineering practices and processes to make the development process nimble and agile

- Understanding state of the art platform technology to critically asses and take decision

- Building a wide range of scalable systems and global infrastructure

- Promoting best practices to protect user privacy and enhance our internal operational efficiency

Profile

- 10+ years of experience in a Product Company

- Atleast 4+ years of Team Management experience

- Experience with building payments or relevant system

- Experience architecting, building, and maintaining highly available services in a large service-oriented architecture (SOA)

- Successfully partnered with Product, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and/or Compliance functions
