Job Description - The role is of an Engineering Projects Lead who would be responsible for development of Project execution plan, align the plan with relevant stakeholders and executes plan for Project Delivery

-The Engineering leader would be accountable for overall talent leadership, building talented Engineering and Technical teams for the project

Client Details :

- Our client is one of the largest global MNC's in the FMCG space with presence in more than 50+ countries worldwide

Description :

- Responsible for development and execution of Plant brownfield project execution as well as building a strong Engineering team going forward

- Responsible for deployment of both Global as well as local safety standards and create a system of best practises within the organisation's as well as 3rd party's contractual team

- Deploy best asset design standards to production facilities with an objective to safeguard the quality and food safety of our products in a prioritised manner

- Work along with the Regional and Global Technology Leaders to co-create the design of factory, site master plan and other infrastructure across the site

- Recommend capital efficiency, new technology and renewable energy opportunities

Profile :

- Prior Experience of working in a similar leadership role in either brownfield/greenfield project setups in the FMCG industry

- Overall experience of 15-18 years with a University Degree in Engineering

- Experience of working with Global Teams
