- The Incumbent will oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency; - Will ensure the product engineering team, suppliers development, in-plant manufacturing and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively and is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process; - Will leads and direct the work assigned to manufacturing engineers and support new product and program development. - Able to assist in reducing cost through re-engineering production process to eliminate waste of time and material. - Must have experience in Refrigeration systems.
