Job Profile:
- Lead a team of technical and process SME's. The team objective would be to drive excellence in the area of engineering operations in collaborations with operation teams.
- Ensure an audit schedule is implemented for all managed portfolio and adhered to through the year. Track on improvement areas identified and enable cross-learning from such audits within a managed portfolio.
- Conduct due diligence audits for buildings/facilities.
- Support new site / contract transitions
- Conduct equipment RCA's in case of failures. Interact with vendors and insurers as required to identify best options for equipment repair and insurance claims.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, consultants towards freezing of scope & BOQ for capital upgrade projects.
- Support IMS related requirements in terms of audits, improvement plans, risk assessments, etc.
- Drive the Continuous Improvement and Innovation Program
- Build the skills and adaptability of the team to support organizational growth
Desired Profile:
- Engineering Degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering
- 20+ years of experience in engineering operations from facility management organizations and process-oriented approach.
- Vendor management
- Experience of IMS / ISO certification
