Engineering Head - Maintenance Services - Pharma Plant

- Overall Plant and Facility maintenance

- Handling of maintenance activities for mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, EHS and Civil services, Purified water system.

- Playing key role in Quality management and review core team, Planning and execution PPM, continues training of engineering personals for GEP, preparation CAPA

- Audit handling and compliance from the Engineering

- Dealing and with various departments like Electricity Board, Pollution Control Board, Boilers, Water supply board etc-

- Equipment validation & Necessary certification

- Office/Building maintenance Civil / Mechanical / Electrical on continuously basis.

- AMC equipment list preparation and execution, GMP documents preparation and execution, monthly engineering expenses monitoring & controlling, yearly budget preparation and statutory requirements fulfilling on schedule and equipment qualifications.

- Periodically Site Engineering & Maintenance plan and achievement.

- Periodically Site Engineering Expense Budget planning & achievement.

- Engineering/ Shift planning for smooth functioning of operations leading to higher productivity with optimum utilization of resources.

- Lead all Engineering & Plant maintenance activities to ensure zero breaks down.

- Strategic planning for Maintenance practices including budgeting & inventory management

- Scheduling and implementation of Engineering practices and procedures which maintain the integrity and total effectiveness of the Engineering facilities.

- Energy conversation & Cost Saving and related documentation

- Budgeting & Handling manpower
