Coraza Technologies (www.akosha.com) is looking for a Head, Engineering having 6-7 years of industry experience either in Java/J2EE.

Role

Head, Engineering

Responsibility

1) Collaborate with Product Management on algorithms and engaging features

2) Address evolving user requirements, process flows, performance and scalability.

3) Lead a team of developers and ensure that the product deadlines are met.

4) Work with operations team to understand problems with the software and resolve them.

5) Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.

Must have

- Prior experience of building web applications in Java/J2EE

- Great attitude and ability to take a leadership role

- Analytical and diagnostic skills and ability to understand business goals
