 Description - It is a 'Head of Engineering' role, reporting into Co-Founder/CTO of an exciting fintech in the lending space. Looking for a hands-on technology professional (6-12 years) who has seen scale and is extremely strong from architecture and design perspective. Should also have some experience leading at least a small team.

Job Description : 

- Lead software design, architecture, development, debugging, etc. for the platform

- Help build the technology road-map for the product as the the business needs and in-line with the latest technologies

- Lead and write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code

- Work in close collaboration with different teams to keep the team technology driven, promoting best technology practices

Profile : 

- B.E/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science from top IITs/NITs/BITS/NSIT/DCE, etc.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

- 6+ years of experience working with product companies

- Passion for technology is a must have

- Problem solving attitude and solution building way of work
