Engineering Head - eCommerce/Retail/D2C

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in leading technical projects in a D2C or e-commerce environment is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java) and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django). Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
