Job Description:
- Lead and develop a strong team of highly capable director, engineering managers, technical leads etc
- Collaborate with other functional heads to align business vision with engineering
- Manage challenging projects and oversee the complete product roadmap
- Establish processes and technologies to achieve engineering excellence and innovation
- Represent the firm's engineering capabilities to external stakeholders and investors
Profile :
- 12+ years of experience in tech product companies and 5+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering is mandatory
- Strong technical and architecture design experience
- Hands-on experience in Java, Jquery and AWS is a must
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies, highly available and distributed systems
