Engineering Head/Chief Technical Officer - Real Estate Startup

Our client is a well-funded Real Estate Startup and part of a large group.

They are looking to hire a CTO / Engineering Head for their organization in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Creating the Technology vision for the organization

- Directing and Executing the Technology Vision

- Define Product Strategy / Roadmaps with a scalable architecture

- Build & Manage Technology teams

- Driving a culture of passion for Data and Tech thru the company

The ideal fit would be a candidate with:

- BE / BTech / MTech from Reputed Colleges

- 15+ yrs of exp and 3+ as an Engineering Head

- Have great experience in Architecting / Developing large complex B2C or C2C products and solutions

- Have good experience in leading Teams on MEAN Stack

- Have an experience of managing all areas of Technology including Development, Infrastructure, UI, UX, Products etc

- Have exposure to AI, ML, VR & emerging technologies

- Have experience in Managing Data Security, Encryption, Scalability, Availability

- Have experience in B2C / C2C Products in FMCG, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Personal Care, Home care, EdTech, Food Tech, Online Travel, Online Health, Online Fashion & Health or similar

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
