Description - Based out of the Gurgaon Office, this employee will be expected to carry out the engineering best practices across the globe which will further help the organisation to achieve their goal of working in an Industry 4.0 module

Client Details : 

Our client is one of the leading Pharma company with presence in multiple countries globally and is scripting a new story in their Engineering best practices across the Globe.

Job Description : 

- Lead the Conceptual Engineering team for the Improvements and Tactical Engineering projects, and at late phase implementation goes into the regions

- Develop world class and standardized processes across Regions for maintenance and operational engineering, including training, implementation, crisis management and document control

- Benchmark with other companies to share best practice and improve operational performance through continuous improvement and engineering excellence

- Foster & promote the concepts & principles of lean management through actively encouraging participation throughout the manufacturing sites

- Manage key manufacturing data to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for systematic improvement and shared learning

- Manage monthly/quarterly performance reports and/or provide data to central reporting team for the functional engineering excellence/ improvements dash board and metrics

- Support/ lead Site Process Engineers during the Improvement or Project assignments and lead the Site Improve Cycle team

- Lead the Crisis team for resolving the Technical issues coming from RuBu related with Product quality & Product application

- Support site teams on Process Safety, Project & Contractor management

- Overlap with Continuous Improvement(CI) & R&D teams & programs, translate them into commercial scale.

- Evaluation of the Improvements i.e. Improve cycle communication with Daily Cycle teams in regions

Profile : 

- Candidate should come with 15-25 years of work experience in a strategic Engineering Role

- Extensive experience of working in Industry 3.0/4.0 Model

- Candidate should have experience of providing leadership and technical support to drive engineering projects across regions, sharing best practices between sites and create harmonization of standards and processes across all manufacturing sites

- High level of involvement, engagement and ownership

- Candidate should preferable from FMCG/Chemicals/Pharma Industry

- Demonstrated competence in handling teams/global stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel extensively
