Engineering Head - Automotive

- Candidate must possess relevant experience in automobile product development with minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in a Functional Head role with a major auto OEM

- Must have experience in vehicle engineering, vehicle integration, vehicle architecture, automobile product development

- Detailed understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain, vehicle attributes, vehicle integration, powertrain integration, etc.

- Anticipate emerging trends and use developments in the business/industry/domain to create long term functional strategy and align goals with the overall objectives of the organization.

- Critique existing product portfolio and suggest continuous improvements to meet the ongoing market requirements and ensure effective execution.

- Develop and implement strategies for developing product development organization, in line with business growth plans addressing emerging challenges of increasing competition and evolving customer-expectations.
