- Plan, organize and manage development of the B2B platform

- Drive improvements in the infrastructure for scale and performance

- Partner with business stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency

- Build a high energy team, well organized to create highly valued B2B platform in global space

Profile:

- Have 10+ years of experience working extensively in Java and Web Technologies

- Worked in Product Development setup, leading teams to build scalable applications

- Architect highly scalable enterprise architecture

- Build and lead high performing engineering teams
