Looking for Engineering Manager/Development manager/ for some of the world's leading E-Commerce and Web based organizations.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune

Experience: It is the kind of work that you have done over the years which actually matters. Ideally 9-15.

Salary: Best in the industry

Criteria:

- Experience must be from a product based company (MUST)

- Hands-on with Design and architecture and some extent of coding even as a manager.

- Should have been a manager for at least 2 years.

- Experience in Java/C/C++/.NET technologies(JAVA is an add-on)

- Have ownership over a product line.

- Ability to lead a team.
