Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects. The Engineering Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the timely and high- quality delivery of engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Provide strong leadership to the engineering team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

- Conduct regular assessments of team performance and efficiency.

Strategic Planning:

Communication:

- Facilitate clear communication within the engineering team and with other departments.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in engineering management, including team leadership and project delivery.

- Strong technical background with expertise in software development.
