Engagement Mgr - Chemical/Pharma Practice

8-10 yrs-Engagement Manager- Chemical Practice

Looking for candidates (premier institute only) from Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals Industry or Consulting company with experience across Pharmaceutical & Chemicals only.

Experience:

- 8 - 10 years of post MBA experience (Ideally 2002 to 2000 batch passout)

- Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be desirable.

Qualifications:

- BE + MBA (full time) from a premier institution with a strong academic background.

- Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SPJain, SJMSOM.

- Candidates must have a good academic track record with at least 70 percent marks during MBA course.

Responsibilities:

- As an EM, the incumbent would be expected to:

- Actively develop business for Practice across geographies

- Lead a vertical / horizontal business within the Practice

Be responsible for :

- Revenue Generation along with P&L responsibility

- Knowledge Generation & Thought Leadership

- Satisfactorily manage multiple consulting projects thereby achieving high impact on client organizations.

- Ensure quality as per company standards.

- Independently lead a team of at least 3 to 4 members including Project Leaders, Associate Consultants, Consultants and Business Analysts through projects, independently and manage team with the objective of developing and aligning them to company’s vision.
