1. Job Purpose
- As an Engagement Manager you will be leading and delivering technology projects and other organizational activities.
2. Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Project management and adherence to the time and quality standards
- Providing thought leadership to the project team
- Developing strategic insights and recommendations on the basis of the research conducted
- Validating the research and development of client-ready output
- Producing output in the form of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Taking complete ownership of the projects assigned
- Interacting with clients to understand requirements and deliver output
- Understanding client requirements and developing approach methodology
- Developing proxies and triangulations for difficult-to-get data points
- Training analyst(s)/ senior analyst(s)
- Developing proposals and pitch books
- Collaborate with senior managers in development of knowledge nuggets and thought pieces
- Mentoring and developing resources allocated for administrative oversight
- Actively participating in organization-building activities such as hiring, process improvement, growing client accounts, etc.
- Account development- developing repeat business from accounts
3. Education & Experience
- MBA is preferred from Tier I institute in India/abroad.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
1. Relevant 6-8 years of research experience on Technology Industry, Covering new technology trends, following technology companies OR
- Consulting for technology industry OR
- Performing market Insights role in large technology companies OR
- Corporate strategy in technology company
2. Clarity of financial concepts and interpretation of financial statements
3. Logical thought process to think through the problem and develop a solution in niche areas
4. Effective oral and written communication skills
5. Effective presentation skills
