- Should have worked with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Retained Search Firm
- Should have at least 7-10 years of experience of which at least 3 years in retained search.
- Should be proficient in preparing dockets, status reports, competency assessment reports, reference check reports, mapping sheets (long list and short list)
- Excellent skills in headhunting, mapping, extracting market / competition information
- Will be responsible for end to end candidate management
- Will be responsible for client coordination, scheduling of meetings and interviews
- Should be open to travel and present long list reports to the client
- Will be responsible for back office work such as raising invoices, preparing and filing of agreements, etc.
- Candidates from Technology Practice or ITeS practice will be preferred.
