- This role involves developing and managing a strategic development plan for the customers, including identification of opportunities for growth.

- Our client (Global Leaders in Internet domain) is looking for a thought leader in media technologies who will be responsible for the successful deployment of solutions for customers, and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Roles / Responsibilities include :

- Serve as the single point of contact for the customer managing executive level client relationships, overall technical direction and strategy and provide team oversight during the implementation of projects; monitor metrics and develop a healthy and competent team to serve our customers.

- Collaborating effectively with other parts of the organization including Support and Product Management to address and resolve customer issues.

- Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on how to incorporate Company's services into their architecture to drive business value.

- Participate in operational issues related to specific engagements, including billings, expenses, staffing, utilization management, among other client facing activities.

- Will be an integral part of the sales cycle, collaborating with the Account Executive to expand the breadth and depth of Company's services adoption. This role also provides oversight during implementations to mitigate project risk and increase the value realized by their customers.

We'd love to hear from you if you :

- Have 10+ Years of IT Industry experience.

- Are a strong individual contributor with 5 Years of Media domain experience.

- Owe 5 Years of demonstrated experience in Project Management at enterprise level with selling or delivering consulting services.

- Have a detailed experience in Web Performance, Web Security & Streaming.
