Engagement Manager - Presales - Data Science/Data Analytics/Machine Learning Technology

Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Notice Period : Immediate to Max 60 Days

About the role:

- As Program lead - Analytics Consulting (Growth Lead) Pressales, you will be responsible for understanding, articulating, and showcasing Organizations' capabilities in solving complex business problems across Value Chain.

- You will work closely with the account management team and clients to understand the business requirements and develop a suitable solution POV.

- This will require collaboration with colleagues working on different client programs as well as Technical teams comprising of Data Science and various Engineering SME's.

- You will support initiatives to create impactful solution proposals and 'point of views' for Analytics use cases. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:

- Collaborate with the Account and Business Development teams for creating solutions, PoVs for RFP responses

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and understanding their challenges

- Orchestrate the overall Proposal creation process and develop solutioning for client's problem statements with help of SMEs

- Consolidate and validate the project plan, team structure and overall effort/cost estimation for any proposal

- Conduct required secondary research to support the proposal creation process and comparison of our solution with existing products/solutions available in the market

- Interact with project teams to understand high impact problems that are being solved through AI based solutions

- Identify the solutions that can be developed as standard offerings and taken to multiple customers and own the creation and GTM for those offerings

- Oversee development of solutions demo/prototypes in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering

- Contribute to enhancing across domain's competency within the organization by leading focus groups, taking trainings

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:

- Knowledge of DS/ML/AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint

- High level understanding various activities under Data engineering and App engineering will be preferred

- Understanding of various components in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and how they are relevant in an integrated solution

- Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics problem statement

- Ability to design analytics solution consisting of Data Science and Engineering components

- Keen interest in business development and supporting account growth by leveraging Organization

- Strong written and verbal communication to create proposal documents and drive client discussions

- Good presentation and story telling skills

- Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered

- Experience in analyzing data and informing creation of POVs preferred

- 9+ years of experience in analytics consulting & delivery

- MBA from reputed institute preferred

- Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring and developing repeatable analytic approaches.
