Required: Engagement Manager SCM with 8-12 yrs exp. Having strong experience in Order Management, Order Processing, Order inquiry, Quote creation etc. Should have CPG/FMCG domain expertise. Should be working on Order Management in the current profile.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of people working on order and logistics management processes.
- Ensures all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provides the client with a high quality service.
- Create and implement a transformation roadmap.
- Engage with key stakeholders at the client side.
- Promote teamwork provide employees with coaching and feedback for a large sized team.
- Network with other functions.
Is responsible for managing teams of the size of 70-100 FTEs and processing complex transactions and producing outputs in the following areas:
- Order inquiry
- Quote creation
- Receive orders from multiple sources
- Create Orders
- Validate orders
- Modify/Cancel orders
- Process orders
- Create delivery and shipment documents
- Integrate with load building, mode planning and route optimization
- Process returns
- Understands process and business metrics and how they can impact outcomes in the context of order and logistics management related processes.
- Understands best in class processes and industry benchmarks.
- Is able to develop and implement a transformation roadmap for the client in the Order and Logistics management area.
- Understands upstream and downstream processes to order & logistics management and the inter linkages across these process areas, especially in a consumer goods industry environment
- Strong Leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff
- Good analytical skills - To analyze order Vs billed and to fix root cause for safer loss
