Position Name : Internal & External Engagement Manager
Reports to : Group Branding Head.
Engagement Platforms
1. Develop and Deliver Group presence in events and other platforms, using a judicious mix of content, design and event management skills to ensure objectives are fulfilled.
2. Post-event/engagement analysis of the Organization's presence and learning on how to improve our presence
3. Design and implement campaigns and sponsorship with various business verticals (internally and externally)
Internal Communications :
4. Development and deployment of internal communication campaigns for respective businesses / specific topics in alignment with organizational goals.
5. Designing and Delivering all internal communication for employee engagement including, intranet, newsletters, collaterals, communication meets, open houses and other employee events.
6. Work on delivering n senior executive communications - memos, speeches, presentations,

Educational Background and Work Experience :
- Mass Communication and or Master in Business Management
- Working relationships - Stakeholders
- Internal: Group and Corporate HR, Business Heads.
- Marketing & Communication Peers from various verticals, Plant Heads & Teams, Department Heads and Teams as required.
- External : Communication / Event management and other agencies as required
