This is regards to job opening with French multinational corporation which provides IT services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services companies.   Job Location: Bangalore   Years of experience: 10-13 yrs   Job Description:  - Strong experience Internal audit - end to end processes or working as Compliance / Risk.   - Strong experience in financial Process (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash etc.) or Banking process (e.g. AML, FCPA, BASEL, SOX, KYC etc).  - Coordinates work with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other control related activities and with others within Internal Audit.  - Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.  - Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.  - Documents the results of audit work in accordance with audit department and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.  - Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal policies.  - Must have managerial skills (4-5 yrs as Manager).  - Excellent Communication skills.   - Qualification CA, ICWA, CS, CIA, CPA or MBA from Top B Schools only.( 8yrs experience Post qualification)
