Engagement Manager - GRC - Access Controls

Job Profile :

- The GRC service delivery team for this engagement broadly includes three work streams - Access Controls, Monitoring and Reporting Controls and SOX Controls. The Global Access Controls Engagement Manager (GACM) will be responsible to lead the service delivery of the Access Controls work stream for a large FMCG client operating out of 80+ countries.

- He / She will be responsible for managing a team of over 20+ access professionals (consultants, senior consultants, leads) with 3 to 4 direct reports.

- The GACM will report to the Senior Engagement Manager and will play a key role in providing direction and guidance technically and operationally to the Access Controls team.

- This person will be responsible for ensuring the day to day service delivery of the SAP GRC Access Controls work stream for this client.

- This role also encompasses specific responsibility for client relationship management, project management of new initiatives, and people management, that involves providing direction to the team leaders and associates and bringing in technical expertise in the SAP GRC access controls domain.

- Additionally this person will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities and working with the senior engagement manager in providing strategic solution offerings to the client for further expansion / developing additional capabilities.

The client has setup centralized controls hub based out of Bangalore and this position would be based out of Bangalore with almost very little / no travel.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Education :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or B.E. with in-depth technical knowledge on SAP GRC Access Controls. Additional qualifications / certifications such as MBA, CISA, CIA or CISM preferred but not mandatory.

Experience :

- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP Security and / or Internal Audit / Risk Management of which at least 5+ years in SAP GRC / Security

Experience in SAP ECC or R/3 application security design and implementation :

- ECC, BI, SRM, CRM, SCM and SAP Security authorization concepts across SAP components

Technical expertise in SAP's GRC Access Control 10 :

- Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Business Role Management (BRM) modules and best practices in streamlining processes post implementation.

- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining operational excellence and advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards

- Ability to assess complex governance requirements and provide the client with leading practice recommendations of governance as it relates to SAP Security, Segregation of Duties, Role Management, and Super User Access

- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work and manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.

- Hire, coach, provide training to the access controls resources and maintain a motivated workforce.
